Any goods or services that are supplied by Knou Tech PTY LTD shall be on the basis of cash on delivery. Online Orders will be dispatched within 48Hours via registered Post
Knou Tech PTY LTD shall remain sole & absolute owner of all goods supplied until the customer has made full payment for all goods or whatsoever delivered by Knou Tech PTY LTD.
All payments are to be made to Knou Tech PTY LTD. We accept payment by EFTPOS, VISA, MASTERCARD, Direct Deposit.
Prices quoted are exGST & Freight Cost unless otherwise stated. Prices & Specifications subjected to change without notice.
Knou Tech PTY LTD will process orders & advise customers of Service/ ETA however Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, Tracking numbers will be provided for online sales.
Any discrepancy with deliveries must be notified in writing to Knou Tech PTY LTD within 5 working days. Claims may be accepted outside this period, However that will be at the discretion of Knou Tech PTY LTD.
Please ensure you choose products/services carefully, Knou Tech PTY LTD will not accept goods returned for credit for change of mind- However Exchange of services/products will be considered if reasonable.
Technical support for DIY will be limited to non licence holders
Installing Security equipment in NSW requires a Master Licence, it is the Buyers responsibility to ensure compliance with all Laws in All states

Warranty and Refund Policy

Knou Tech PTY LTD will NOT accept any returned product without a detailed description of Fault in writing.
Goods returned for warranty will not be accepted unless prior authorisation has been given by Knou Tech PTY LTD.
Knou Tech PTY LTD warrants that the goods supplied are free from defects caused by faulty manufacturing or faulty materials for a period of 2 years.
All Returned Products as faulty will be tested, and if deemed faulty a replacement will be provided.
A copy of the invoice must be provided if claiming warranty.
The cost of freight in returning goods will be the responsibility of the customer, Freight costs will be Knou Tech PTY LTD responsibility if a fault is cause by a product defect outside of the Buyers control.
Warranty is subject to Knou Tech PTY LTD being satisfied that a defect was caused by defective workmanship or materials and was not caused by other factors beyond our control, including defective installation, non-maintenance, alterations or modifications of the product in a manner or operating outside the parameters set by the manufacturer.
If an onsite warrantee/service is required by a technician, a call out fee of $180 plus GST for the first hour will apply, after the first hour an additional service fee of $120 plus GST will apply. This service will be limited within Metropolitan ONLY. Please contact us for pricing outside the Metro area.
Warranty is not transferable. Warranty will void if label is removed or goods are found to be damaged by incorrect installation.
